Stream Realty Partners Tapped to Lease The Offices at The MIC

DALLAS - October 21, 2026 - Stream Realty Partners, a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of services, has been selected to lead leasing for The Offices at The MIC, a new Class A office development underway within Mansfield's Innovation Corridor.

Developed by Admiral Legacy in partnership with Foundry and the City of Mansfield, The MIC is part of an 18-acre mixed-use development planned as an anchor for Mansfield's larger Innovation Corridor. The first phase of the office component recently broke ground and will total approximately 150,000 square feet across five stories, with delivery anticipated in December 2027. The building is currently 40% pre-leased.

Located at 2441 Heritage Parkway, The MIC is adjacent to The Canals at Mansfield and the future Mansfield City Hall and town square, placing office tenants within a growing mixed-use district that will include restaurants, retail, residential, entertainment, parks, trails, and community gathering spaces.

Building amenities will include a tenant lounge and conference center, fitness center with locker rooms and showers, an on-site café with indoor and outdoor seating, coworking space, landscaped outdoor gathering areas, lounge spaces, mini golf, and tenant balconies.

The development is positioned to serve Mansfield's growing employment base and attract companies across a range of industries, including advanced manufacturing, aerospace and aviation, defense, biotechnology and life sciences, information technology, corporate services, and other innovation-focused sectors.

The MIC is planned as the anchor of a larger, approximately 1 million-square-foot master-planned innovation community designed to bring together employment, residential, dining, retail, and entertainment uses. Its location in Mansfield provides connectivity to both Dallas and Fort Worth, each approximately 20 miles from the development.
