Westbound SR-54 to I-805 Connectors Closed Evenings of Sept. 28 to Oct. 2

San Diego - Caltrans will close the westbound State Route 54 (SR-54) connector to Interstate 805 (I-805) in the evenings from Sunday, September 28, to Thursday, October 2, from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for broadband installation work.
Westbound SR-54 motorists may continue west and exit Highland Avenue/North 4th Avenue, head south to the Highland Avenue /North 4th Avenue eastbound SR-54 on-ramp. Proceed east to the eastbound SR-54 connectors to I-805.
Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.
The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
