CYRUSONE APPOINTS ANDREAS PADUCH AS MANAGING DIRECTOR, EUROPE

Appointment reinforces CyrusOne's continued growth and execution across Europe's rapidly expanding digital infrastructure market.

LONDON, July 9, 2026 - CyrusOne, a leading global data center owner, developer and operator, today announced the promotion of Andreas Paduch to Managing Director, Europe, who also joins CyrusOne's Global Executive Team.

In his new role, Paduch will drive Europe's regional growth strategy, delivering the company's hyperscale data center business across key markets, and overseeing performance across the region's leadership team. He will strengthen relationships with customers, investors, and policy makers while expanding strategic partnerships with utilities as demand for high-performance digital infrastructure continues to grow.

"Andreas has demonstrated strong leadership and made a significant impact across our European business, making him a natural choice for this role" said Eric Schwartz, Chief Executive Officer of CyrusOne. "As CyrusOne enters its next phase of growth, delivering at scale requires disciplined execution and leadership with a deep understanding of customer needs and complex, mission-critical environments. We are focused on expanding our business across Europe and building the expertise needed to support the next generation of cloud and AI infrastructure."

Since joining CyrusOne in 2022, Paduch has led the company's European sales strategy, expanded hyperscale partnerships and strengthened customer relationships across the region. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Paduch spent two decades at CBRE, where he developed extensive experience across international real estate markets.

Paduch brings deep European market knowledge, and his ability to translate customer requirements into scalable infrastructure solutions positions him well to lead the company's next phase of growth across the region.

"The opportunity ahead for Europe is tremendous" said Andreas Paduch, Managing Director, Europe, CyrusOne. "I've had the privilege of working alongside an exceptional team, and I'm excited to continue building on what we've achieved together. Our focus remains simple: listening to our customers, delivering operational excellence, developing our people and building the infrastructure that will power Europe's digital future."
