onsemi to Acquire Ferric, Expanding Integrated Voltage Regulator Technology for AI Data Centers

We are excited to announce that Ferric has entered into an agreement to be acquired by onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) for $600 million in cash, plus up to $175 million in additional consideration tied to revenue milestones.

This milestone marks an exciting new chapter for Ferric and our mission to advance Integrated Voltage Regulator (IVR) technology for next-generation AI processors and data centers.

By combining our high-density, efficient power delivery technology with onsemi's global scale, manufacturing capabilities, and customer reach, we look forward to accelerating innovation and expanding the adoption of integrated power solutions.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
