2025 02 06 U.S. Foods Variance Request to Building Height Zoning Board of Adjustments

This notice informs residents that the Buda Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. The hearing will consider A request for a Zoning Variance to allow a building height of 79'-4" for a property located at 2150 Fire Cracker Drive. This height would exceed the maximum allowable building height of 75' for the property.
