Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Marlborough, Massachusetts, was awarded a $511,533,484 fixed-price incentive (firm-target), firm-fixed-price, and cost-only modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-22-C-5500) to exercise options and purchase spares for hardware production of the AN/SPY-6(V) family of radars and associated hardware. Fortress Government Solutions LLC, Orlando, Florida, is awarded a $318,811,963 modification (P00005) to previously awarded firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N0042125D0086). This modification increases the contract ceiling to support Department of the Navy enterprise implementation of Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) services, to include software platform, C-SCRM analysis and reports, software integration with government and open-source data repositories, and systems administration support to identify, analyze, resolve, and monitor supply-chain risks affecting Navy missions and operational effectiveness. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland, and is expected to be completed in September 2030. The contract will include terms and conditions for the placement of firm-fixed-price and cost-plus-fixed-fee task orders to provide business management support services in support of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations Personnel, Manpower and Training and its subordinate commands. The contracts run concurrently. The contract will include a three-year base ordering period with two additional three-year option periods pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-9. The total estimated value of the contracts combined will have a ceiling value of $827,871,777, if all the option periods are exercised. BAE Systems Land & Armaments LP, Sterling Heights, Michigan, is awarded a $230,100,000 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (M67854-16-C-0006) for amphibious combat vehicles (ACV). The total value of the contract, if all options are exercised, is $4,096,198,614. This contract modification provides for the exercise of options for the procurement of 32 full-rate production ACV recovery mission role variants and associated production, fielding and support costs, and spares. Work will be performed in York, Pennsylvania (60%); Aiken, South Carolina (15%); San Jose, California (15%); Sterling Heights, Michigan (5%); and Stafford, Virginia (5%), with an expected completion date of November 2028. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by March 2028. Serco Inc., Herndon, Virginia, is being awarded $14,580,140 for a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract in support of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Joint Staff J7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training to provide planning, management and execution support for collective joint training events and exercises around the world that includes training events located outside the contiguous U.S. (OCONUS). The contract will include a four-month base period of performance and three one-month option periods pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.217-9 which, if exercised, will bring the total estimated value of the contract to $24,964,656. The primary place of performance will be in Suffolk, Virginia. The contractor may be required to travel to other government facilities within the U.S. and OCONUS for training requirements based on the needs of the Joint Staff J7. The base period of performance for the contract is anticipated to begin in September 2026 and continue through January 2027 and if all three one-month option periods are exercised the period of performance would continue through April 2027.
