Lowenstein Selected as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Vobev, LLC

Lowenstein Sandler's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department has been selected as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Vobev, LLC, a beverage manufacturing company that provides a comprehensive range of services, including can manufacturing, filling, packaging, and shipping, to streamline the production process for beverage brands. Vobev, LLC filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Utah.

The company reports between $500 million to $1 billion in both assets and liabilities.
