State, national and international media frequently feature the University of Wyoming and members of its community in stories. Here is a summary of some of the recent coverage:

UW President Shane Reeves was interviewed on the SVI Media morning show, which covers most of western Wyoming. He also was interviewed by Wyoming News Now and MyHits106.

In an article in The Independent about the U.S. national debt hitting $40 trillion, Scott Beaulier, the H.A. "Dave" True Family Dean of UW's College of Education, says the national debt can have an impact on jobs. The more money a business has to spend on loan interest, the less it has to spend on investments and wages, he says.

Last week's primary election results could signal a significant shift in the direction of the Wyoming Legislature, UW Associate Professor Ryan Williamson told the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, Wyoming Watch and National Public Radio.
