Where: Business 49 (Gateway Drive) between Delmar Lane and Duane Lane in Newton County south of Joplin

When: 6 a.m.-6 p.m., Wednesday, May 14

What: Contractor crews repairing pavement

Traffic Impacts:

• One lane of Business 49 (Gateway Drive) will remain OPEN at all times
• Drivers will encounter flaggers directing traffic through the work zone
• Drivers are urged to use caution and watch for crews and equipment working close to traffic
• Drivers should expect traffic delays and are urged to find alternate routes
• No signed detours planned
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
• Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
