Dentons appoints real estate partner Diarmuid Mawe in Dublin

Dublin-Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has appointed Diarmuid Mawe as a partner in its real estate practice in Dublin.

Diarmuid, who joins the firm today (27 May 2026) is an experienced real estate lawyer whose clients are both domestic and international businesses, including developers and institutional investors operating in sectors such as retail, logistics, offices and residential.

He has particularly strong relationships with asset managers and banks and is the go-to lawyer for new entrants looking to invest in Ireland's property market.

As well as investment and development matters, Diarmuid also acts on restructuring and private equity-led deals and advises landlords on regulatory developments in Irish real estate.

Diarmuid's appointment follows that of real estate partner Craig Kenny, who joined Dentons' Dublin real estate practice in December 2025.
