'The Miracle on 34th Street' screening at the Pembina State Museum

December 2, 2025

PEMBINA, N.D. - The public is invited to the "Monthly Movie Matinee" at the Pembina State Museum on Saturday, Dec. 20. Free screenings of "The Miracle on 34th Street" will begin at 12:30, 2, and 3:30 p.m. Beverages and popcorn will be available for sale in the Museum Store.

This is a 1955 made-for-television version of the original 1947 film. It first aired as an episode of the 20th Century Fox Hour and was later re-run under the title "Meet Mr. Kringle." While shorter than the original film, it retains the same magic. "The Miracle on 34th Street" is a great way to get into the holiday spirit!

The Pembina State Museum, located at 805 Highway 59, Pembina, is managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission to the museum and observation tower is $10. The museum is open Tuesday-Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information, contact Outreach Coordinator Brian Hardy, [email protected] or 701.825.6840.
