    An employee of a White Street business reported a suspect had stolen $18.46 of merchandise and fled prior to the arrival of officers.

    Officers responded to Bishop Allen Drive for a past hit & run crash report. Reporting person stated their vehicle was struck while parked, causing damage.

    CAMBRIDGE ST & THIRD ST
    Raymond Carr, 34, of Washington DC, was placed under arrest on a charge of Armed Assault to Rob and a warrant out of Somerville District Court. A victim reported that Carr had threatened them with a pocket knife in an attempt to rob them. When officers located Carr it was discovered that he had an active warrant out of Somerville District Court.

    Police responded to a Rindge Ave residence on a report of harassment. Reporting person stated that on several occasions an unidentified party has been banging on their door.

    EDUCATION ST
    Jessi Berks, 45, of Cambridge was placed under arrest on a charge of Open and Gross Lewdness. It was reported by a security guard that Berks had pulled down his pants and intentionally exposed his genitalia to multiple people inside of the lobby of a building. Once removed by security it is alleged he commited a similar act outside.
