Standard Nuclear Announces IPO

Orrick advised Standard Nuclear, Inc. on its initial public offering for the sale of 10,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock. The offering priced at $15 per share and Standard Nuclear began trading on July 16, 2026 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "STDN" and the offering closed on July 17.

In addition, Standard Nuclear has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of its Class A common at stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are acting as joint lead bookrunning managers for the offering. Barclays, UBS Investment Bank, Evercore ISI, RBC Capital Markets, William Blair and Stifel are acting as additional bookrunning managers for the offering.
