Debt Advisory Expert Emma Lister Joins FTI Consulting

Manchester, 10 February 2026 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of debt advisory expert Emma Lister as a Managing Director in the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. Her arrival marks a significant expansion of FTI Consulting's debt advisory capabilities in the UK, adding to its well-established corporate and private equity services.

In her role at FTI Consulting, Ms. Lister will advise company management teams, private equity firms and shareholders on a range of finance strategy matters, including the structuring and refinancing debt facilities, giving clients access to financing solutions that support growth, investment and transformation.

Ms. Lister, who is based in Manchester, brings more than 15 years of experience advising private equity sponsors, private shareholders and corporates on high-profile debt advisory mandates to the firm. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Lister was a Director in the Debt & Capital Advisory team at PwC.
