Public Notice Regarding Reassignment of Atlanta Division Cases

On October 1, 2025, existing chapter 7 and chapter 13 Atlanta cases assigned to Judge a998 and other judges were reassigned to the Honorable Jonathan W. Jordan. A notice of case reassignment will be issued in each matter with service by the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC).
On October 2, 2025, Judge Jordan will receive new case assignments. Nancy J. Whaley will serve as the Chapter 13 trustee for chapter 13 cases assigned to Judge Jordan.
Judge Jordan's chambers page has been updated to include available hearing dates and staff information. Please see the "Judges Information" tab of our website, https://www.ganb.uscourts.gov and select his name to view.
