Intermittent Lane Closure on SR 1 near Dover Toll Plaza
Dover - The Delaware Department of Transportation will be performing storm drain inspections along SR 1 northbound and southbound in Dover beginning June 22, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
Motorists may experience rolling single lane closures from Simms Woods Road to Dover Toll Plaza during inspections.
Motorists are reminded to move over a lane, if safe to do so, or slow down by at least 20 mph if the posted speed limit is 50 mph or more when they see any vehicle stopped on the roadside with emergency lights flashing.
