Charleston, W.Va. - The Judicial Vacancy Advisory Commission is currently receiving applications to fill the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia vacancy created by the retirement of Justice Elizabeth D. Walker.
All applicants must complete this Application Form in full and return it no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025. Completed applications should be submitted via email to JVAC@wv.gov, or by mail, addressed to:
