The frequency with which serious crashes and accidents occur in all Member States raises questions about how driving licences are issued - specifically, about the standard of driving instructors and how easily learners can pass their driving tests.
Can the Commission say:
- 1.Does it intend to set minimum criteria and requirements for both instructors and learners taking tests?
- 2.Does it intend to take measures to ensure that the level required by driving tests is truly harmonised across the Member States?
