The vesting schedule for the award was subsequently modified from an initial structure of monthly vesting over four years (with one-fourth vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and 1/48th vesting monthly thereafter) to a quarterly vesting schedule, including a 7.5% acceleration of vesting. |
