Oshkosh Corporation Names Jackie Nystrom as Chief Human Resources Officer

OSHKOSH, Wis. (Dec. 17, 2025) - Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK), a leading innovator of purpose-built vehicles, equipment and services, announced the appointment of Jackie Nystrom as chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026. Nystrom previously served as vice president of human resources for Oshkosh's Vocational segment.

Nystrom brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience and a deep understanding of Oshkosh's People First culture. Since joining the company in 2010, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility across the enterprise. In her most recent position, she served as a strategic HR partner as part of the Vocational segment's leadership team, supporting a global workforce of 7,500 team members. She also played a key role in workforce planning, talent development, culture integration and labor relations, and contributed to multiple acquisition and divestiture processes across the segment.
