New free guide helps older adults harness the power of artificial intelligence to enrich their lives

In a digital world that's evolving faster than ever, seniors often find themselves left behind. Margaret Sass, a lecturer in the School for the Digital Future, created and curated a new and free resource to help seniors feel more confident with technology. This free book, "Simple AI Tools for Seniors: Your Friendly Guide to Technology," is a welcoming and easy-to-follow guide designed to help older adults confidently explore and benefit from the rise of artificial intelligence.

This book was made to reassure seniors that they can use AI for many purposes, including entertainment, companionship and brain fitness. It's a gentle companion for anyone over the age of 60 that are curious about how modern tools can improve everyday life.
