Sparks, NV - The Sparks Arts and Culture Advisory Committee has selected the first artist to be featured in a new Sparks City Hall Gallery. The gallery will feature quarterly rotating art inside the foyer of Sparks City Hall.

Eileen is a long-time member of the Sierra Watercolor Society, the Latimer Art Club, and the Artists Co-Op of Reno. The featured pieces are a collection of works depicting Sunsets in Spanish Springs, using a technique that includes a watercolor under-painting, and pastel on top.
