Explanatory Note

This Post-Effective Amendment No. 227 to the Registration Statement of USCF ETF Trust (the "Trust") on Form N-1A is being filed pursuant to paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of Rule 485 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), solely for the purpose of delaying until January 22, 2026 the effectiveness of the registration statement filed in Post-Effective Amendment No. 199 on February 5, 2025 pursuant to paragraph (a) of Rule 485 under the Securities Act to add the USCF Endowment Alternatives Fund to the Trust. This Post-Effective Amendment No. 227 incorporates by reference the information contained in Parts A and B of Post-Effective Amendment No. 199 and Part C of Post-Effective Amendment No. 225.
