AUC Chairperson met with Permanent Representative of the Republic of the Sudan

The Chairperson met with H.E. Elzein Ibrahim Hussein, Permanent Representative of the Republic of the #Sudan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia & Permanent Representative to the AU.

They exchanged on the situation in the Sudan & the AU's continued efforts to facilitate a durable & inclusive peace process.

The Chairperson underscored the imperative of restoring constitutional order as an essential step towards achieving lasting peace, stability and democratic governance in the country
