At its meeting, the Governing Council of the Bulgarian National Bank adopted a decision to implement the Guidelines amending Guidelines EBA/GL/2016/07 on the application of the definition of default under Article 178 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (EBA/GL/2026/05), issued by the European Banking Authority and published on its official website.
The Guidelines were issued in accordance with the EBA's mandate under Article 178(7) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 and pursuant to Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
