COLUMBUS - State Rep. Dontavius L. Jarrells (D-Columbus) Monday announced that the Ohio Controlling Board has approved nearly $1.4M in state funding to support students pursuing careers in healthcare, patient safety at a local facility, and a development project in the district.
"The allocation of almost $1.4M in funding across these vital projects reflects a commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals, strengthening local economies, and ensuring that every community has the resources to thrive. These investments will directly improve the quality of life for Ohio residents, supporting initiatives that promote education, health, safety, and economic stability for generations to come," said Rep. Jarrells.
