MID PENN BANK HIRES DANIEL DEVINE AS SENIOR CASH MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS AND PRODUCT MANAGER

Millersburg, Pa. - April 17, 2026. Mid Penn Bank (the "Bank"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. ("Mid Penn") (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Daniel "Dan" Devine has joined the Bank as senior vice president and senior cash management operations and product manager. Based in Harrisburg at the Bank's administrative office, Devine will lead operations for the Bank's cash management team and support product initiatives. He will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Dana Stewart.

Devine brings more than 20 years of experience in cash management, payment operations and process modernization. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and head of payment strategy and innovation at Customers Bank, where he led efforts to modernize payment systems and support the launch of new payment offerings while improving day-to-day operations. He previously held leadership roles at Silvergate Bank and Santander Bank, where he oversaw payment operations and supported improvements that helped streamline workflows and reduce exceptions.
