Notice of Proposed Revisions to the Local Rules Published for Comment
The Western District of Missouri is seeking input on proposed revised Local Rule 83.5 regarding Bar Admission and the addition of Schedule K to Local Rule 99.10. Local Rule 99.10(c) has also been streamlined to eliminate sub-parts and to reflect a singular misdemeanor fee schedule. Please let us know your thoughts, concerns, and suggestions by June 5, 2026.
