Sharing Culture through the Latino Community Festival

Lively music, the aroma of traditional foods, and the sounds of celebration will fill the air at the Latino Community Festival.

Celebrating its 20th year, the festival produced by the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Unitius Community Credit Union brings Hillsboro together for a day of culture, connection, and community.

Join the celebration on Sunday, August 9 from 12 to 6 pm at Hillsboro Ballpark (4450 NE Century Boulevard). Bring your family and friends to experience one of Hillsboro's largest community celebrations, welcoming nearly 10,000 attendees each year.

Admission and parking are free for this family-friendly event featuring music, art, food, performances, and futsal.

About the Event

Performances throughout the day will include a fashion show with quinceañera dresses from Lucia Isabell Collection, dancers with Lines Dance Academy, Sabroso Band, and Conjunto Alegre Band. See the schedule online.

Attendees can explore food vendors serving traditional favorites, including aguas frescas, sweet treats, esquites, and papas fritas among others.

Sports fans can cheer on more than 200 players competing in the Hillsboro Futsal Tournament throughout the day.

Attendees can also browse booths from artisan vendors, local businesses, and community organizations.

The Latino Community Festival celebrates and supports Latino-owned businesses of all sizes. From emerging entrepreneurs to established local businesses, vendors are able to showcase their products, services, and creations with the community at the event.
