The City of Boulder today announced the launch of OneMeeting, a new web-based agenda management system that will replace the city's current platform, NovusAGENDA, which is being phased out by its vendor. The transition will begin on Thursday, July 17, with the release of the OneMeeting public portaland the meeting agenda and materials for the July 24 City Council Special Meeting.
OneMeeting is designed to simplify agenda creation, streamline internal workflows, and enhance the experience for both city staff and the community. The system improves transparency and accessibility by offering a centralized location for City Council agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
Community members are encouraged to explore the OneMeeting public portal to stay informed and engaged with city business. City Council agendas and materials are published on Thursdays one week prior to each meeting. The public portal is accessible via the City Council Agendas and Materials webpageon the city's website or directly at: https://www.bouldercolorado.primegov.com/public/portal
The transition to the new system will begin with City Council meeting records starting with the meeting materials for the July 24 special meeting. Earlier council meeting records will be migrated into the system over time. Archived council meeting records will continue to be available in the city's records archive.
Starting in early 2026, Boards and Commissions will begin transitioning to the OneMeeting system through a phased rollout designed to ensure a smooth, citywide implementation.
City Council Meetings can be viewed live on the City of Boulder YouTube channel, as well as on Boulder 8 TV-available onlineand on Comcast (HD channel 880, SD channel 8). Recordings of past meetings are also available on the city's YouTube channel.
