Resumption of BNC Service

Wednesday, October 28, 2026

The Court is informed that BNC services have resumed as of October 26, 2026 and that the BNC is processing notices backlogged to October 7, 2026. In the meantime, Administrative Order 2026-03 remains in effect pending further order of the Court; however, parties receiving notice of service by the BNC in their case need not also serve notice of that item under Administrative Order 2026-03.
