City of St. Petersburg Hosting Info Sessions for New Urban Agriculture Program

May 19, 2026 - The City of St. Petersburg's Office of Sustainability and Resilience is developing a Community Urban Agriculture Program aimed at supporting the creation of new food forests and enhancing existing permitted community gardens throughout the city. To help shape the program, the City is hosting informational sessions to gather public input and better understand community priorities and the needs of local urban agriculture operations.

Tuesday, May 26
10-11:30 a.m.
St. Pete Youth Farm, 1664 12th St. S

Thursday, June 11
6-7:30 p.m.
Walter Fuller Recreation Center, 7891 26th Ave. N

Community members and local organizations are encouraged to get involved and offer ideas to help guide future urban agriculture projects.
