Here's what else is happening this weekend (also viewable as a map):

  • trains aren't running between Van Cortlandt Park-242 St and 168 St-Washington Hts.
  • trains aren't running between Woodlawn and 161 St-Yankee Stadium.
  • trains aren't running between Church Av and Coney Island-Stillwell Av.
  • trains aren't running between Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs and Broadway Junction and are running in two sections.
  • Coney Island-bound trains are running on the from Canal St to DeKalb Av.
  • Bay Ridge-bound trains are running express over the Manhattan Bridge from Canal St to 59 St, Brooklyn, skipping DeKalb Av.
  • Queens-bound trains are running on the from DeKalb Av to Canal St, and, on Sunday morning, on the from 57 St-7 Av to 36 St.
  • Rockaway Park Shuttle trains aren't running.

Major subway service changes

trains, the Bronx and Manhattan

trains aren't running between Van Cortlandt Park-242 St and 168 St-Washington Hts from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. This is because of station work.

  • Free shuttle buses are running along three routes:
    • On Broadway between Van Cortlandt Park-242 St and 215 St, connecting with the at Inwood-207 St.
    • On St Nicholas Av between 191 St and 168 St-Washington Hts, making all stops.
    • Overnight only, on Dyckman St between the and stations.
      • During the day and evening, take the M100 instead.
    • For service to/from 207 St, transfer to/from the Bx12 bus at Inwood-207 St .
  • For service to/from stations in Washington Heights, use nearby stations.
  • trains are running between 168 St-Washington Hts and South Ferry.

trains, the Bronx

trains aren't running between Woodlawn and 161 St-Yankee Stadium from 9:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of station work.

  • For service between Woodlawn and Bedford Park Blvd-Lehman College, take free shuttle buses, which are running between Woodlawn and Bedford Park Blvd , stopping at Mosholu Pkwy and Bedford Park Blvd-Lehman College.
  • For service between Bedford Park Blvd and 161 St-Yankee Stadium, use nearby ​ stations along Grand Concourse.
  • trains are running between 161 St-Yankee Stadium and Brooklyn.

trains, Brooklyn

trains aren't running between Church Av and Coney Island-Stillwell Av from 12:15 a.m. Saturday to 4:30 a.m. Monday because of accessibility work.

  • For service between Church Av and Coney Island-Stillwell Av, take free shuttle buses, which are running between these stations making all stops.
    • When exiting the subway at Church Av or Coney Island-Stilwell Av, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
  • For direct service between Manhattan or Downtown Brooklyn and Coney Island, take trains.
  • For service to/from W 8 St-NY Aquarium, take the .
  • trains are running between Jamaica-179 St and Church Av.

trains, Brooklyn

From 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday, trains aren't running between Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs and Broadway Junction and are running in two sections:

  • Between 8 Av and Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs, every 8 minutes during the day and evening.
  • Between Broadway Junction and Canarsie-Rockaway Pkwy, every 10 minutes during the day and evening.

This is because of electrical work.

  • For service between Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs and Broadway Junction, take free shuttle buses making all stops.
    • When exiting the subway at Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs or Broadway Junction, get a GO Ticket from a station agent to re-enter.
  • For direct service between Manhattan and Brooklyn, consider trains.

trains, Brooklyn and Manhattan

From 11:15 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday:

  • Coney Island-bound trains are running on the from Canal St to DeKalb Av to provide alternate service while trains aren't able to access the track between these stations.
    • At Canal St, Brooklyn-bound trains are stopping at the platform.
  • Bay Ridge-bound and Coney Island-bound local trains are running on the from Canal St to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr, skipping DeKalb Av, and express to 59 St.
    • At Canal St, Brooklyn-bound and local trains are stopping at the platform.
  • Coney Island-bound local trains are skipping DeKalb Av and running express from Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr to 36 St.
  • Queens-bound and local trains are running on the from DeKalb Av to Canal St.
    • At Canal St, Queens-bound and local trains are stopping at the platform.
  • During late nights, trains aren't running between Whitehall St-South Ferry and 59 St.

This is because of accessibility, signal, and track work.

  • For service to/from stations between Canal St and DeKalb Av, take a Coney Island-bound train, or use nearby stations.
  • For service to/from DeKalb Av, take the or a Manhattan-bound train.
  • For service to/from local stations between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and 59 St, take a Manhattan-bound train.
    • Manhattan-bound trains are running local from 59 St to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr all weekend.
  • During late nights:
    • For service between Whitehall St-South Ferry and Jay St-MetroTech, take a Coney Island-bound .
    • For service to/from DeKalb Av, take the or a Manhattan-bound train.
    • For service to/from local stations between Union St and 25 St, take a Manhattan-bound train.
    • For service to/from 45 St and 53 St, take a Manhattan-bound .
    • trains are running between 59 St and Bay Ridge-95 St.
      • At 59 St, Bay Ridge Av, and 77 St, all trains are stopping at the Manhattan-bound platform.

trains, Manhattan and Queens

From 7:45 a.m. to 12 noon Sunday, Forest Hills-bound trains are running on the via Roosevelt Island from 57 St-7 Av to 36 St. This is because of signal maintenance.

  • For service to/from 5 Av-59 St and Lexington Av/59 St, take the or use nearby 59 St .
  • For service to/from Queens Plaza, take the or use nearby Queensboro Plaza .

Rockaway Park Shuttle, Queens

Rockaway Park Shuttle trains aren't running from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday because of track maintenance.

  • For service to/from Broad Channel, take the .
  • For service between Beach 90 St and Rockaway Park-Beach 116 St, take free shuttle buses, which are running between these stations and connecting to Beach 67 St .

Other subway service changes

Several trains are skipping stops in one direction from Friday night to early Monday morning, unless otherwise specified. For service to/from skipped stops, take a train going the opposite direction:

  • Manhattan-bound trains are running nonstop from E 180 St to 3 Av-149 St from 3:45 a.m. Saturday to 10 p.m. Sunday.
  • Uptown and local trains are running express from Grand Central-42 St to 125 St.
  • Pelham Bay Park-bound trains are running nonstop from 3 Av-138 St to Hunts Point Av.
  • Euclid Av-bound trains and Queens-bound local trains are running express from Hoyt-Schemerhorn Sts to Broadway Junction.
  • Manhattan-bound trains aren't stopping at Sutphin Blvd. Manhattan-bound and trains aren't stopping at Briarwood and 75 Av.
  • Downtown trains are running nonstop from 34 St-Herald Sq to W 4 St-Wash Sq.
