Dividend Rate on Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock

On March 31, 2026, Strategy Inc (the "Company") announced that it will maintain the regular dividend rate per annum on the Company's Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock effective for monthly periods commencing on or after April 1, 2026 at 11.50%.
