AG Coleman Delivers Another Medicaid Fraud Conviction, $30,000 Restitution

Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today that an investigation by the Attorney General's Office led to the conviction of a southern Indiana man for fraud against the Kentucky Medicaid Program. On May 15, 2026, Gary L. Waldman, 58, of Salem, Indiana was sentenced for a felony related to defrauding Kentucky's Medicaid program. According to the Office's investigation, Waldman defrauded the Kentucky Medicaid Program of nearly $30,000.00 by submitting fraudulent timesheets to Kentucky's Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
