HARRISBURG - The Pennsylvania Senate passed legislation yesterday by Rep. Craig Williams (R-Delaware/Chester) to safeguard the custody and visitation rights of deployed military parents. House Bill 414, known as the Uniform Deployed Parents Custody and Visitation Act, passed the Senate unanimously (48-0) and now moves to the Governor's desk for his signature.
