Designation of New Effective Date for Previously Filed Amendment
This Post-Effective Amendment No. 12 is being filed pursuant to Rule 485(B)(1)(iii) of the Securities Act of 1933 solely to designate April 18, 2026 as the new effective date of Post-Effective Amendment No. 11, which was filed on January 20, 2026.
Parts A, B and C were filed in Registrant's Post-Effective Amendment No. 11 to Form N-4 on January 20, 2026 and are incorporated by reference.
