Graycliff Announces Credit Investment in Apex Plumbing

Graycliff Partners LP today announced that it has completed a unitranche debt and equity co-investment in support of Pearl Street Capital Partners' acquisition of Apex Plumbing ("Apex").

Apex Plumbing and its affiliated brands provide plumbing, HVAC and electrical services to customers in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and the surrounding areas.
