What Is the McDonald's Internship Program Like?

The McDonald's internship program gives college students a front-row seat to all that happens underneath the Golden Arches. Interns work on projects that drive real change, and this year we'll welcome a group of about 30 interns to our corporate office to work in different areas like Global Technology, Hospitality, the U.S. People team, U.S. Finance, and Development.

Applications for the program open each fall, and for 10 weeks each summer, current college juniors get exposure to McDonald's leadership through Q&A sessions, explore different parts of the business, and get to take part in our vibrant culture through different social events. The internship program provides hands-on work experience that also gives interns a strong sense of the McFamily community.
