Decker's distinguished career includes senior positions with the U.S. House of Representatives, Amtrak, and, most recently, WSP, where she played a critical role in elevating the company's federal profile. At WSP, she fostered strategic relationships with the U.S. Congress, the White House, at key federal agencies, and with key industry stakeholders helping shape major legislative and regulatory priorities and secure transformational project funding for transportation, energy, and water projects.

Decker holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in political science and government from Arizona State University.
