Mayor's Spring Clean-Up Remix

We are mixing it up and we want to "kick it" with YOU during the Mayor's Spring Clean-Up REMIX. The City of Lima will provide a free dumpster, t-shirts, and loan tools to any neighborhood or community organization that will host a clean-up project. Selected dumpster locations must be staffed by your volunteer crew, and the locations will be publicized through local media. If you want to guarantee a spot in your area for the Mayor's Spring Clean-Up REMIX, put together a volunteer crew and let's get started!

AVAILABLE DATES: May 10th, May 17th, June 7th, or June 14th

TIMES: 9 AM to Noon

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A PROJECT?

1. Choose a Clean-up Saturday date from the available dates. Only seven (7) organizations can be scheduled per Saturday, so reserve your date early! Final decisions made by the City of Lima.

2. Select a location for your project. If on private property, owner must give permission.

3. Recruit four (4) or more site volunteers and select a site manager.

4. Complete the Mayor's Spring Clean-up Host Application and return it to the City of Lima Department of Housing & Neighborhoods by April 16, 2025.
