MORE TECHNOLOGY FOR MORE PLAYERS

The defining enhancement for 2026 Tour Response golf balls is the introduction of microcoating-a precision-engineered coating technology developed by TaylorMade to advance the next frontier of golf ball manufacturing. The same technology is also used in the all-new TP5 and TP5x.

Across the golf ball industry, traditional finishing processes can produce microscopic inconsistencies in the application of paint to the ball's surface, which could result in excess pooling of paint in the dimples. While imperceptible to the naked eye, tiny variations can affect aerodynamic properties and impact ball flight. TaylorMade engineers developed microcoating to push beyond these conventional industry limitations, achieving a new standard of coating precision.

Microcoating applies an ultrathin, uniform paint layer across the ball's entire surface, promoting consistent peak height performance, reliable distance, and tight left-to-right dispersion on full shots. By delivering precision in aerodynamic performance, microcoating helps Tour Response maintain its intended flight path on full shots.

For golfers of all abilities seeking predictable performance and tight shot patterns, microcoating adds another layer of TaylorMade's innovative engineering to help golfers play their best.

TOUR RESPONSE STRIPE: NEW CLEAR AND MINT COLORWAYS

TaylorMade was the leader in creating the 360° ClearPath Alignment™ Stripe -a continuous digital band designed to help golfers eliminate guesswork and aim consistently both on the green and off the tee. As the market has grown, TaylorMade continues to lead the way by offering more colors and options for more types of players. Tour Response Stripe is now available in Clear and Mint options.

Clear delivers a modern yet subtle design that enhances alignment without visual distraction of a color block. Mint brings a soft, defining look that maximizes visibility and ball tracking. Both colorways feature 360° ClearPath Alignment-a continuous digital band designed to help golfers eliminate guesswork and aim consistently both on the green and off the tee.

TOUR RESPONSE CORE TECHNOLOGIES

Beyond microcoating, Tour Response golf balls maintain the proven technology platform that has made this ball a trusted choice:

Speed Wrapped Core: Tour Response features a soft inner core wrapped in a progressively firmer outer layer. This dual-core construction generates fast ball speed off the driver while maintaining soft compression for enhanced feel and control with short irons and wedges.

SpeedMantle™: A high-flex material layer between the core and cover enhances ball speed at impact while preserving soft feel. The mantle's elastic properties allow for flexion during compression, generating velocity. This technology enables Tour Response to deliver both speed and feel in a single package.

Tour Flight Dimple Pattern: The optimized dimple design promotes penetrating ball flight with reduced drag. Strategic dimple placement and depth create stable aerodynamics that maintain performance across varying wind conditions, while working in concert with microcoating to deliver consistent flight characteristics shot after shot.

100% Cast Urethane Cover: Tour Response golf balls utilize a 100% cast urethane cover. Urethane provides superior greenside spin generation, giving golfers the ability to control trajectory and stopping power on approach shots and around the green. The soft cover also delivers the responsive feel and durability characteristics serious players expect from high-performance golf balls.
