AUC Chairperson today bade farewell to Ambassador of the Kingdom of Eswatini

The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, today bade farewell to H.E. Ambassador Mahlaba A. Mamba, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Eswatini to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of #Eswatini to the African Union, on the completion of his tour of duty.

The Chairperson expressed his appreciation to Ambassador Mamba for his active and constructive engagement in the work of the Union, as well as for Eswatini's continued commitment to the African Union and the continental agenda.

The discussions also touched on developments on the continent, including the situation in the SADC region, as well as other matters of common interest.

The Chairperson wished Ambassador Mamba every success in his future endeavours and expressed his readiness to continue working closely with the Kingdom of Eswatini and with his successor in advancing the shared aspirations of the continent.
