Washington, DC-Below is a statement by U.S. Conference of Mayors President Todd Gloria, Mayor of San Diego, in response to President Trump canceling today's signing of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act:
"America's families are struggling under the heavy weight of housing costs that have climbed for decades. There is nothing 'minor' about a crisis that leaves millions of Americans unable to afford a home. Congress worked across party lines to deliver real relief - the President should sign this bill immediately and deliver for families who have waited long enough."
