Media accreditation for Crew-12 launch with Sophie Adenot

NASA has opened media accreditation for the launch of SpaceX Crew-12 to the International Space Station from Launch Complex 40 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA. This crew includes European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut Sophie Adenot.

The launch of the Crew Dragon capsule, on a Falcon 9 rocket, is targeted for no earlier than Sunday, 15 February. It is the twelfth crew rotation flight for Crew Dragon and will see ESA's Sophie Adenot travel into space for the first time, beginning her mission εpsilon.

ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot will be accompanied by NASA astronaut and Mission Commander Jessica Meir, NASA astronaut and pilot Jack Hathaway, and Roscosmos Cosmonaut and mission specialist Andrey Fedyaev.

Media accreditation deadlines for Crew-12 are as follows (all times CET)

  • International media without US citizenship must apply by 05:59 Friday, 16 January.
  • US media must apply by 05:59 Monday, 19 January.
