MADISON, N.J. (May 22, 2025) -- Coldwell Banker Commercial®, a leading commercial real estate network, has deepened its partnership with Buildout, Inc. to streamline listing management for commercial brokers across its network. The partnership establishes Buildout as the centralized back office solution, marking the first standalone commercial third-party integration (3PI) within the Anywhere (NYSE: HOUS) portfolio of brands.
The strategic integration allows commercial producers to enter listings directly into Buildout, which automatically feeds into Dash, the Coldwell Banker Commercial internal listing system. This allows brokers to remain within systems they primarily use daily, significantly improving operational efficiency across the network.
"Buildout has long been one of the most valued and widely used platforms at Coldwell Banker Commercial. This enhanced integration streamlines our brokers' workflows, enabling them to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving their clients," said Matt Kornfeind, Vice President of Growth & Innovation at Coldwell Banker Commercial.
While Coldwell Banker Commercial has previously worked with other platforms that partially support commercial functions, this partnership represents the network's first purely commercial technology integration. Affiliated companies within the Coldwell Banker Commercial network can opt into this program as desired.
"The breadth of the Coldwell Banker Commercial network is impressive. What continues to amaze me and our whole team is the quality and professionalism of each CBC office we work with," said Helen Calvin, CEO of Buildout.
Taylor Clausen, VP Enterprise Growth at Buildout, added, "This integration will play a pivotal role in expanding the commercial offering within Coldwell Banker Commercial. We love working with this team and are honored to be the first purely commercial 3PI integrator within the Anywhere ecosystem."
The Buildout integration is live and available for immediate adoption across the Coldwell Banker Commercial network.
