Leads Being Pursued in Wednesday Night's Carjacking-Shooting at Dickerson Pike Mobile Home Park

TITANS (The Investigative Team Addressing Neighborhood Shootings) Unit detectives are pursuing active leads in Wednesday night's carjacking-related shooting at a mobile home park in the 1500 block of Dickerson Pike that left a 22-year-old man wounded by gunfire.

The victim reported that he had just gotten into his SUV when two individuals wearing ski masks and black clothing approached and demanded that he get out of the vehicle. He attempted to start the engine to drive off, but before he could do so, the carjackers opened the door and began shooting. They then pulled the victim out and drove off in his automobile.

The victim was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he is in stable condition with wounds to his midsection and leg.
