The State of Vermont is Currently Confirming Supplier Tax ID Numbers

The State is currently conducting a routine review of supplier records. In cases where the tax ID number (TIN) and supplier name we have on record does not match information maintained by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), we are sending a letter to suppliers requesting the submission of a new Form W-9. If you receive such a letter please complete, sign, and return a new W9 to us as soon as possible.
