Sparks City Attorney Wes Duncan made the following statement on the recommendation by City Staff of denial of the Red Hawk proposal.
"The Sparks City Attorney's Office reviewed the Red Hawk Proposal, worked with all city staff, and agrees with the staff recommendation that the Red Hawk Proposal be denied. My office is ready to fully defend the City's recommendation of denial, if necessary."
