CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES

La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2026-00012803 de 08 de julio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR de oficio la inscripción del Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores, la Emisión de Obligaciones de Corto Plazo de la compañía GROWFLOWERS PRODUCCIONES S.A., por un monto de hasta CINCO MILLONES DE DÓLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÉRICA (USD 5.000.000,00), que fue aprobada mediante Resolución No. Resolución No. SCVS-IRCVSQ-DRMV-2024-00004541 de 14 de febrero de 2024.
